Built at 4” and rigged on a 3/0 to 4/0 EWG hook with 1/4 to 1/2 oz of tungsten for Texas rigging, Evil Beaver is our compact creature bait, built to punch through heavy cover other baits can’t get through. The claws and legs are tacked rather than fused solid, so every appendage flutters and moves independently on the fall — a lot more action than a solid-molded creature bait, without giving up any durability. Available in the standard build, or with contrasting flappers — the flat, paddle-shaped claws — for extra visibility in stained water or low light.
